I have recently concluded development on an online web concert portal, Gig-Filter. The site is a web application that consumes, filters and merges data from multiple REST APIs, delivering cleaner information about concerts in Berlin to the end user. The site will be published in the near future. I developed the sites backend API, database, Look and Feel, and overall Architecture. Java frameworks used included Jersey, Hibernate, JPA, Stripes and EL.

Black box, end and custom tests were performed on Zimory’s Virtualization Platform. Tests involved setting up /tearing down complex environments using Bash, Virsh, Docker. The environments housed Virtual Machines with instances of VCenter and VMWare, Zimory components, a virtual networking system (PFSense). Black box tests interrogated SOAP and REST APIs via SOAP UI, Ruby, and Python 2.7/3.3. Selenium tested the software's web UIs. BPML verified existing features and known weaknesses in the software.

Collected Features from customer and helped program and test Java based interface between the Zimory's Cloud based "Infrastructure as a Service" Virtualization Platform and a customer's legacy CMS, via Web Services.

Assisted in developing an authentication portal which will integrate the company’s many web-based sales applications. Technologies used included Glassfish 3.0, JAX-WS, EclipseLink, JPA, EJB 3.0/3.1 and the Eclipse/Glassfish bundle.

I worked as a developer, programming and maintaining a toolset that configured various parts of the a large content delivery platform. These tools were developed with Java 1.4-1.6, Weblogic (later JBOSS), Swing and Hibernate. A good knowledge of SQL was “a must”. Also important where technologies used for code integration and maintenance, including: CVS (later Subversion) Maven, and the CI system Hudson. I also documented key development processes as well as hi-level documentation of the company's platform.

Developing and maintaining several web-based client-tracking systems, reporting tools, and web surveys. I worked both alone and comfortably within teams to meet challenging project goals. For these projects, I used ASP (both JavaScript and VBScript syntax), Cold Fusion, JAVA and JSP, server side JavaScript and VBScript, HTML, Macromedia UltraDev MX and Photoshop. In addition, I developed complex SQL queries needed for web interface back-ends and on-line reporting tools.

Llynch Meta Media was a Hamburg-based e-marketing software firm. At Llynch I became immersed in the tools used to create the company’s products, such as SQL Server, Cold Fusion, Crystal Reports.

Performed weekend on-call Production in Photoshop and PowerPoint, creating, presentations for use by investor.

Transfer of sales database from FoxPro to Access and construction of Access Application used Sales Force Maintenance and distribution of data for reports for MetLife’s Channel management division. Performed revisions to the MetLife website

Customer service, data entry and maintenance of sales records with FoxPro for a medical publishing agency.
