Since 2012, I am Risk Management and Delivery Excellence Leader for the Public Sector in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It is my responsibility to manage, control and report the Delivery Excellence related aspects of GBS projects. A second part of my role is to assess large and complex IT Services proposals and projects from the Risk Management perspective. My overall goal is to generate successful and profitable business for my company.
