As a team member of the IT & Engineering Permanent Division my duties include: •Finding top talent and matching them with the most exciting opportunities on the market •Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific positions •Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries •Arranging the advertisement of vacancies •Helping candidates to prepare for interviewing at client companies •Recruiting top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking

Main duties include : - Searching for online profiles and CV’s through the use of Boolean Searching. - Engage with candidates, screen them through telephone interviews and submit them for our clients. - Keep in touch with our (key) clients and provide them with the necessary services and solutions agreed on the intake call.
