To support our MB Finance department, we are looking to fill a permanent position at our Berlin location as soon as possible:

BI Analyst (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

As a BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with the BI Manager and other stakeholders to understand business needs, develop and maintain BI solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BI Manager and other departments to gather and understand business requirements.
• Develop BI solutions including creating and updating data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation, reconciliation on regular basis.
• Create User manual for the reports, dashboards and provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Maintain the BI platform including managing user access and permission in accordance with the company's data governance policies, maintaining the ETL or data pipelines to ensure its performance and reliability.

Your profile:

• Degree in economics, business informatics, or equivalent training (eg IT specialization).
• Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for data-driven insights.
• Being proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Being familiar with one of the BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or QlikSense.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as SQL, Python or R.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
